The Equine ambulance and rescue from the MSPCA is coming to give it's demo and talk this Saturday. We have invited local fire and police departments to make them more aware of handling large animals and are getting a good response. This will be a benefit to all of us in case of an emergency.
If you have any connections with any police or firefighters who would like to come please invite them.
We would like to present each firefighter and police officier who comes with a halter and lead rope to keep in their vehicle, so if you have any extra please bring them, give them to someone who will coming, or drop them off at my barn. Again this will be a benifit to everyone.

We have received some generous support for this with contributions for the event from Black Mountain Stables, TNT veterinary, and Four Your Paws only. Burnt Meadow Stables, Trail End Ice Cream and Little Hoofs Tack Shop. Please thank them when you visit them.
We are hoping for a few more, so if you know of someplace or someone who, in paticular, might benifit from informed fire and police please ask them if they too could help defray the cost with a $25.00 contribution. Thank you
